This output gathers and analyses the specific needs and requirements of the students, teachers, facilitators operating in this context for this tool and move to defining its required and prioritised technical and user features. The process will involve co-creation activities with representatives of these user groups and utilise Design Thinking methodology and tools to ensure that design both meets user needs and facilitates highest usage and best user experience. The output also determines the specific subset of 21st Century Skills to be assessed in this prototype, scripts the skill specific tool content and develops the relevant pedagogical framework for a scaffolded student experience and results in the IO1 report.
